If you choose a SMA Warranty Extension, we provide prompt support at no cost depending on the country where the device is installed, even after our 5-year manufacturer's warranty expires.
Kindly note that SMA only offers the Warranty Extension ACTIVE in Middle East & Africa. Reference is made to the respective warranty conditions, primary and secondary support countries mentioned therein and inverter exchange procedures.
